• John has over 14 years’ experience in the sustainable infrastructure sector and has worked across a range of investments covering renewable energy, storage, sustainable transportation, bioenergy, and energy efficiency and decentralised generation
• Previously a Senior Investment Director at Sustainable Development Capital LLP ($2bn AUM) where he led the investment team, focusing on the origination and execution of investments across the global sustainable infrastructure sector
• Extensive investment banking experience, where he raised capital for and advised on 2GW+ of renewable transactions in Europe and NA
• John started his career at Centrica Plc, focusing on M&A and power projects across the energy sector
• John is a CFA Charterholder and has an Economics Degree from the University of Sussex

Alessandro Albrighi

• Alessandro has over 34 years’ experience in the financial services, private equity and corporate advisory in particular with regard to clean and renewable energy sectors

• Founder of AD Capital Partners, Switzerland, a specialist investment banking boutique focused on sustainable infrastructure globally

• Previous experience includes: Managing Director, FIM Advisers LLP, London; Country Head Italy Merrill Lynch International Bank Limited, Milan, Italy; Vice Chairman, Managing Director Merrill Lynch SIM Spa and Country Manager of Merrill Lynch Italy
• Alessandro was educated at the University of Florence (Italy) Law School, Executive Business Schools, Wharton School of Business, and University of Chicago

Raj Chudgar

• Raj brings extensive experience in the international power and gas markets, technologies, strategies, and solutions. He has had over 25 years of extensive senior experience through the power and gas value chain including wholesale, retail, operations, renewables, demand response, trading, structuring, and value creation.
• Raj has developed and implemented successful strategies at numerous employers covering all aspects of growth including fund raising, starting up, and selling multiple companies.
• He has led or been an executive at his last 4 start-up companies that were sold (Power Analytics, Power Generation Services, Viridity Energy, and Demand Power Group).
• Raj holds Bachelor and Masters of Engineering degrees in Chemical Engineering from the J.B. Speed School of Engineering at the University of Louisville (Kentucky). He has published numerous market and technical articles, white papers and presentations on energy markets and energy solutions

Anthony Agnew

Partner

• Anthony is a self-confessed renewable geek, finding the technology, people and implementation (cat herding) endlessly fascinating and rewarding
• Anthony’s mix of sustainable engineering, project development and finance have him ideally placed to help clients secure funding. Having successfully developed his own 23-acre solar farm in Cornwall in 2014, he went on to work under JV with investors on both wind farms and solar projects in the UK. As an entrepreneur, Anthony has run his own businesses over the last 17 years, in both the UK and Asia
• His experience includes starting and running for six years, a sustainable heating and power business, installing for domestic, commercial and industrial clients. The business combined a range of technologies as a fully accredited installer; solar PV, solar thermal, biomass and heat pumps (also in installing heat networks, battery and energy efficiency systems). Clients ranged from domestic to agricultural, up to MOD and housing associations
• Anthony has direct development experience in solar, wind, EFW and battery. He has closed funding for clients in solar, battery storage and geothermal. He’s also invested personally into the hydrogen (and graphene) economy, operational solar in India and in an energy-from-waste developer in the North East of England
